cancellation policy
as a courtesy, please remember to reach out if you are unable to make your appointment at least 24 hours prior and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a time that better fits your needs. failure upon doing so will result in a fee equalling 50% of your missed appointment.
no call, no show
if I do not hear from you at all when you miss your appointment, I will not be able to schedule you again in the future. unfortunately, there will also be a fee equalling 50% of the missed appointment.
late policy
I understand there are times when things don’t go according to plan and you may be running late. Showing up 15+ minutes late could mean that we need to reschedule or you may not be able to receive the full service. (i.e. fewer foils or no blow-dry) I appreciate communication if cases like this arise. no matter the circumstances, I will provide you with the best service within the time we have left in your appointment slot.
children
if possible, please do not bring your children to your appointment if they are not receiving a service. This policy is put in place for their safety as well as the safety and comfort of our other guests.
